January 8th, 2008 10:27 amHmm, I looked at Resurrection, it doesn’t seem to be compatible with WP 2.3.2. It doesn’t have widgetized sidebars, and requires the UTW plugin (doesn’t work in the latest WP since tags are now supported). Too bad, it is a nice dark theme otherwise.
Some of the rest, though, wow. Great collection for a theme addict like me. Thanks!

It’d take a lot less time to get your blog up and running if you didn’t have to strip all of the excess stuff out of the default/kuberic theme.

January 17th, 2008 5:45 pmI’d like to say a big thanks to the author(s) of the article (and of course the theme authors!) – it’s definitely the definitive directory of some of the best (free) WordPress themes available, and the best bit is that it’s actually been organised into categories, and screenshots/links/demos have been provided! :D 6 stars out of 5! I’ve been using Hemingway-Ex for ages now, and was really glad to see that it had been featured here, since it’s such a great theme!
Of course I will also be using this article as a reference for the next theme change (H-Ex has been amazing for the past year!) and I’ve always had difficulty finding something that I’ve liked as much as Hemingway-Ex, but I think if I can combine the parts I like best about two or three themes, the perfect theme will appear!

There is a support forum, but it is unmanaged and filled with spam! I didn’t find this out until I had already spent many hours customizing the theme. I love the theme but have some issues that I have no hope of getting resolved because the creator has left the planet.
